Job Title: Medical Coder (Certified professional coder)
Location: Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher or 1 -2 years of experience (CPC Certified)
Key Responsibilities:
· Assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes based on medical records
· Review charts and documentation to ensure coding accuracy
· Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
· Work closely with senior coders and team leads for training and feedback
· Update knowledge on coding guidelines, payer rules, and industry changes
· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Qualifications:
· CPC Certification (AAPC) – Mandatory
· Fresher candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
· Basic understanding of coding principles and medical terminologies
· Good communication and analytical skills
· Ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy
