Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the flower shop, including sales management, customer service, staff supervision, inventory control, and store presentation. The role requires ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while delivering excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the florist shop.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Maintain proper display of flowers, bouquets, and gift items.
Sales & Customer Service
- Drive in-store sales and achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests.
- Promote add-on sales such as greeting cards, chocolates, and gift items.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor flower stock, materials, and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for fresh flower procurement.
- Maintain proper inventory records of flowers, wrapping materials, vases, ribbons, etc.
- Ensure minimal wastage of flowers and materials.
Staff Supervision
- Supervise sales staff and florists working in the store.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ensure staff provide professional and friendly service to customers.
Order & Delivery Coordination
- Manage customer orders for bouquets, events, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for timely delivery of flower orders.
- Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily sales reports and cash handling records.
- Report store performance, sales, and inventory status to management.
- Ensure proper billing and invoice management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in retail store management (florist, gift shop, or similar retail environment preferred).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in florist shop / gift shop
- Knowledge of flower arrangements and bouquet styles is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
