Position: PYP Spanish Educator
Location: OWIS, Sarjapur
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Spanish language lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework.
- Foster language acquisition through interactive, inquiry-based, and culturally rich learning experiences.
- Develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Spanish.
- Integrate Spanish learning with transdisciplinary themes where appropriate.
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments to track student progress.
- Maintain student portfolios and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with homeroom teachers and the PYP team for curriculum integration.
- Participate in school events, language initiatives, and professional development.
- Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that promotes international-mindedness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Spanish or related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Proficiency in Spanish (B2 level or above preferred).
- Experience in IB PYP or international curriculum preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
