Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Central Finance modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FI and Central Finance functionalities.
- Familiarity with data migration and reconciliation techniques within SAP environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application deployment and support.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
