About the Role
Global Service Platform powered by Gorai Technology Solutions is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell our digital platforms and professional services across multiple domains including Recruitment, Real Estate, Matrimony, Training, IT Services, and Business Solutions.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and passion for sales & marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell services of Global Service Platform to individuals, businesses, and organizations
- Generate leads through calls, social media, online campaigns, field visits, and networking
- Onboard customers into different platform services
- Explain platform features, benefits, and service offerings to customers
- Assist customers in posting requirements and availing services
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain CRM/customer records
- Support digital marketing and promotional activities
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Sales & Marketing concepts
- Confidence in speaking with customers and clients
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / MBA / BBA / Diploma
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
- Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, business development, or customer support will get preference
