Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling two-wheelers, generating leads, assisting customers throughout the sales process, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheeler models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through showroom visits, referrals, telecalling, and field activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and insurance processing.
- Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and customer records.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Participate in showroom events, roadshows, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday
