Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach English language, literature, grammar, and related subjects effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and learning materials.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students improve their communication, reading, writing, grammar, and analytical skills.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Requirements
- MA in English is mandatory.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
