Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student records and admission data
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team
- Assist in promotional and counselling activities
