About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist users of our WhiteStart platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers succeed.
The role involves providing support to customers, resolving queries, guiding users through platform features, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and support tickets.
- Assist customers in understanding and using WhiteStart features.
- Troubleshoot basic technical and operational issues.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved successfully.
- Maintain support records and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Create and update FAQs, support documentation, and user guides.
- Assist customers during onboarding and initial setup.
- Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with the product team.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to explain software features clearly and patiently.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with web applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Customer Service, or Operations.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
