Accounts & Taxation Officer & Office Co-ordinator
Qualification: CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA
Experience: 5–10 years in Accounts & Taxation (Manufacturing / IT industry experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end handling of Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Monitoring customer outstanding, aging & payment follow-ups
- Customer account and bank reconciliation & credit control
- GST & TDS compliance and return filing (GSTR1, GSTR3, TDS Returns)
- Making PO, Sales Invoice, Bank Work, Govt Dept Work. Etc.
- Preparation of financial reports & MIS
- Coordination for audits and statutory compliance with CA and Auditors
- Take care of the office and manage office boy for proper service rendering
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting & taxation
- Highly Organized with Attention to Detail
- Detailed Experience with ERP / Tally
- Good Excel and analytical skills
- Strong communication & follow-up ability
- Confident, Sincere, Trustworthy, Responsible
