Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Design Skills: Strong knowledge of layout, typography, colour, composition, and branding.
Designing Experience: Hands-on experience in creating brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media creatives, posters, banners, PPTs, diaries, manga/cards, and other marketing collaterals.
Print & Digital: Good understanding of print-ready artwork, dimensions, resolution, CMYK/RGB, and digital formats.
Creativity: Ability to develop creative concepts from briefs while maintaining brand consistency.
Portfolio: Mandatory – Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively.
