Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with businesses in both Indian and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
- Research and target potential clients in India and international markets.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business objectives.
- Present Whamply Media's services effectively and prepare customized proposals.
- Convert leads into paying clients by handling negotiations and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development will be an added advantage.
- Experience with lead generation tools, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach platforms is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
