Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior In-House IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems within the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurement, and AMC services
- Ensure data security and follow company IT policies
- Support on boarding and off boarding processes (system setup, email ID creation, etc.)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Mac)
- Familiarity with MS Office and common business applications
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, and switches
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior in experience in IT support is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
