Location: Dwarka, New Delhi
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields preferred)
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders from warehouse to end customer.
Minimize discrepancies between dispatched and GRN quantities.
Manage relationships with courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket) for daily
pickups and deliveries.
Monitor shipment status, update tracking details, and resolve any delivery exceptions or
delays.
Handle reverse pickups and ensure smooth processing of customer returns.
Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods between warehouses and fulfillment
centers.
Maintain daily records of orders, shipments, delays, and damages in Excel or logistics
software.
Investigate and resolve logistics-related complaints or discrepancies quickly and effectively.
Monitor logistics costs and suggest ways to reduce shipping expenses without compromising
delivery speed.
Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and courier allocation to avoid order mismatches.
Identify bottlenecks in the delivery process and suggest improvements for faster and
smoother logistics flow.
SOPs should be followed and tracker should be updates as required.
