Key Responsibilities -
Facility & Office Management Support
- Assist in daily monitoring of office facilities including housekeeping, pantry, security, and seating arrangements.
- Support coordination for maintenance issues related to electrical, internet, air conditioning, and office equipment.
- Help ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in the office.
Vendor Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with vendors such as housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and stationery suppliers.
- Track service requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Support in maintaining vendor contact details and basic documentation.
Administrative & Coordination Task
- Help manage office supplies, stationery requests, and inventory tracking.
- Assist in maintaining asset records and administrative files.
- Support office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate basic onboarding logistics such as ID cards, seating, and welcome kits
Skills and Requirements -
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Professional attitude and respect for workplace discipline
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
