The Executive Assistant (EA) acts as the central coordination point between the Founder and all departments, ensuring seamless communication, execution, follow-up, reporting, and accountability across the organization.
The role is responsible for translating the Founder’s vision, decisions, priorities, and instructions into actionable tasks and ensuring timely completion by respective department heads.
