Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update client information accurately.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to promote services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement telecalling campaigns.
- Achieve daily and monthly telecalling targets to support company growth.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication to foster client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar telemarketing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Strong persuasive skills to influence customer decision-making.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work demands.
