About Us:
Samatva Nurturing Futures is a growing therapy and special education centre working with children having Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delay, Learning Disabilities and other neurodevelopmental conditions. We provide multidisciplinary therapy including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy and Special Education in a structured and child-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessment and develop individual therapy plans for children
- Provide sensory integration therapy, fine motor training and functional skill development
- Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delay and sensory processing issues
- Maintain therapy documentation and progress notes
- Guide parents regarding home program and therapy goals
- Coordinate with special educators, speech therapists and physiotherapists
- Participate in therapy planning meetings and centre development activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT)
- Experience in pediatric therapy / sensory integration preferred
- Freshers with strong interest in special needs therapy may also apply
- Good communication skills and child-handling ability
- Compassionate and patient approach towards children
Working Hours:
- Part-time: 2–5 hours per day
- Flexible schedule can be discussed
Compensation:
- Per session payment / revenue sharing model - 60:40

Pay: ₹600.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
