Digital Doctor Clinic is operating under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to establish Digital Doctor Clinics across rural villages. Our mission is to make qualified healthcare available to every citizen by enabling villagers to consult MBBS doctors from their own Gram Panchayats through digital healthcare technology.

About the Role
Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Digital Doctor Clinic. The HCA will assist patients, perform basic health screenings, collect pathology samples, operate diagnostic equipment, coordinate teleconsultations with registered doctors, manage pharmacy support, and ensure compliance with all company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide junior pharmacists in their daily responsibilities.
- Receive daily reports and updates from junior pharmacists regarding pharmacy operations, inventory, prescriptions, and any issues requiring attention.
- Act as a relief pharmacist and independently manage pharmacy operations during the absence of a junior pharmacist.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee clinical pharmacy services and take responsibility for all clinical-related activities, including patient counseling, prescription verification, and medication safety.
- Monitor daily sales collections and ensure that all cash and digital payments are accurately reconciled.
- Verify that all collections are deposited or transferred to the company's designated bank account in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and report any discrepancies immediately to management.
- Coordinate with management on inventory control, stock management, expiry monitoring, and procurement.
- Support staff training and maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
- Prepare and submit operational and clinical reports to management as required.
Accountability
The Senior Pharmacist is accountable for:
- Effective supervision of junior pharmacists.
- Smooth pharmacy operations in the absence of junior staff.
- Proper management of clinical responsibilities.
- Accurate reconciliation and secure transfer of daily collections to the company's bank account.
- Compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.
Salary & Benefits
· During Probation (6 Months): ₹15,000 per month
· Post-Probation: ₹20,000 per month (based on performance and role fit)

Eligibility Criteria
· Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma)/ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized institute
Experience
· Freshers may apply.
· Experience in clinic, hospital, pathology lab, pharmacy, or telemedicine is preferred.
Required Skills
· Good communication skills.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Ability to operate healthcare software.
· Patient handling skills.
· Teamwork and problem-solving ability.
· Willingness to work in rural and semi-urban locations.
Working Hours
· 9–10 hours per day.
· Weekly one day off as per company policy.
