Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
- Location: Reliance Centro Mall, Bellandur
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Assistant Store Manager to drive the daily management and operational excellence of our premium mall showrooms. This is a dynamic, high-energy floor management role focused on maximizing efficiency, driving revenue, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction in a premium retail service environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Showroom Operations: Manage daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring all equipment, lighting, and interactive stations are in 100% working order.
- Team Leadership: Assist in the hiring, onboarding, daily scheduling, and active management of floor staff, ensuring the team maintains a high level of professional service.
- Program Management: Execute the company’s unique "Savings Token" system at the reception, accurately recording deposits and managing the 3-month maturity cycle for young members.
- Sales & Event Booking: Actively pitch and close bookings for birthday parties and group events to achieve monthly showroom revenue targets.
- Mall Coordination: Handle professional communication with Mall Management and security teams to ensure daily operational compliance and smooth workflow.
- Financial Reporting: Handle daily billing reconciliations (Cash/UPI) and provide accurate daily sales and footfall reports to the management.
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct regular audits for hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment wear-and-tear to ensure a premium environment for visitors.
Requirements
- Education: Any graduate degree is acceptable.
- Experience: Prior experience in managing teams, supervising staff, or floor operations is required.
- Availability: Willingness to manage showroom shifts and work flexibly within the monthly schedule.
- Mindset: A customer-first, "can-do" attitude with a natural ability to lead teams and maintain high energy on the showroom floor.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
