Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, statutory compliance, and reporting activities in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial processes with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
- Maintain and manage books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting activities.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation.
Compliance
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support in preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
Payroll & Vendor Management
- Coordinate vendor payments and maintain vendor reconciliation statements.
- Assist in payroll accounting and reimbursement processing.
- Resolve vendor and employee finance-related queries.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Analyze financial data and provide necessary reports to management.
ERP & System Management
- Work on accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records in the system.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹41,388.52 per month
