Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for car & bike rental services across target locations
- Onboard new vehicle vendors, fleet owners, and driver partners
- Build strong partnerships with:
- Hotels & resorts
- Travel agencies
- Tour operators
- Corporate clients
- Generate B2B & B2C leads and convert them into active bookings
- Expand presence in airports, railway stations, and tourist hotspots
- Develop local market strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility
- Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure high service quality
- Coordinate with operations for smooth booking execution
- Identify new cities/locations for expansion
Required Skills
- Strong business development & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Understanding of travel, tourism, or rental industry
- Ability to close partnerships and long-term deals
- Target-driven mindset with field sales experience
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 2–6 years experience in:
- Business Development / Sales / Partnerships
- Travel, tourism, or mobility sector (preferred)
Preferred (High Advantage)
- Experience in vendor onboarding / fleet acquisition
- Local market knowledge (Goa is a big plus)
- Existing network of:
- Taxi drivers
- Fleet owners
- Travel agents
