HCC Medical Coder – Apixio Project (Work From Home)

About the Role
Cyptrix RCM is looking for experienced HCC Medical Coders with hands-on experience in Apixio projects. If you have a strong understanding of Risk Adjustment coding and an active coding certification, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and code medical records accurately using ICD-10-CM/HCC guidelines.
- Perform coding for Apixio projects while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and client-specific coding requirements.
- Meet daily production and accuracy targets.
- Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience working on an Apixio HCC project.
- Active CPC or CCS certification (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM and HCC/Risk Adjustment coding.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
Preferred
- Candidates located in Hyderabad will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
