Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) / UKG Dimensions modules
- Build and support interfaces, reports, and customizations
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals
- Support end users by providing training, documentation, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–14 years of hands-on experience with Kronos WFC or UKG Dimensions
- Strong knowledge of Kronos modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, etc.
- Proficiency in workforce integrations (WIM), SQL, and API-based integrations
- Experience with Kronos configurations, pay rules, work rules, and schedules
- Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
