IITIL is looking for a Head of Accounts to lead our Finance & Accounts function and play a key role in driving financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Reporting To: CFO / Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
✔ Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
✔ Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
✔ Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliances, and audit processes.
✔ Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
✔ Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
✔ Lead and mentor the Accounts team while collaborating with HR, Operations, and Business teams.
What We're Looking For
10–15 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.
4–5+ years of team leadership experience.
Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audits, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, and MIS.
Experience in IT Services, Technology, Consulting, or Project-based organizations is preferred.
CA/CMA (ICWA)/CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred.
Proficiency in ERP/Accounting Software and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
