Job Summary
Wisecor Services Pvt Ltd is hiring energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDM) for sourcing Unsecured Business Loans on behalf of COSMOS Bank as a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) – Business Loans.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching unsecured business loan products, and converting prospects into successful loan disbursements. The role requires strong sales acumen, aggressive follow-up, and the ability to handle high-value business loan closures ranging from ₹1 Crore to ₹5 Crores.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for unsecured business loans.
- Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to prospective clients.
- Pitch and explain business loan products to SME/MSME and corporate clients.
- Convert qualified leads into successful loan disbursements.
- Handle end-to-end sales coordination and client relationship management.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and bank officials for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Loan Range
- Unsecured Business Loan sales ranging from ₹1 Crore to ₹5 Crores.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Loans, BFSI Sales, DSA Sales, or Financial Services.
- Prior experience in unsecured business loans will be preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed CTC up to ₹50,000 per month.
