Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Manage emails, documentation, and filing work
- Support front office or operations team when required
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge
