Job Title: Admission Counselor / Telecounselor

Key Responsibilities: * Inbound & Outbound Calling: Reach out to working professionals who have inquired about our online degree or certification programs.
- Career Counseling: Understand the student's / working professional current work profile and guide them toward the right university course/program.
- Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into successful admissions by explaining the course benefits, flexibility, and fee structures.
- Documentation Support: Guide students through the online admission process, document submission, and fee payment steps.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a relationship with prospects and follow up regularly to help them complete their enrollment.
Requirements & Qualifications: * Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 3 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, or educational counseling (Experience in EdTech is highly preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English/Local language.
- Strong active listening skills and a polite, professional telephonic manner.
- Basic computer skills to update student details and lead data.
