Job Summary
Eagru Services is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers/BPO Executives to join our growing team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our doorstep car wash subscription services, generating customer confirmations, and assisting with customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain Eagru's doorstep car wash subscription plans.
- Generate customer confirmations and successful onboardings.
- Maintain customer records and update assigned sheets.
- Follow company scripts and calling guidelines.
- Meet daily targets and performance expectations.
- Coordinate with team members for customer follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection.
- Personal SIM card for calling activities.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Students may apply only if available for full-time working hours.

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
