We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the Founder and support day-to-day business operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Description :-
As a Founder's Office Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to business strategy, operations, client coordination, and project management. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn about how a growing company operates and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a target-based internship, where performance will be evaluated based on the timely completion of assigned tasks and overall contribution to business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Assist the Founder in daily operational and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Conduct market and competitor research as assigned.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain records, documents, and business data.
- Support process improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and business-related tasks as required.
Requirements :-
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Performance Expectations :-
- This is a target-based internship.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and effective coordination across teams.
