Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the quality of products made by SHG groups in Jammu. The candidate will be responsible for checking product quality, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with SHG members, and ensuring that only good-quality products are delivered for sale or dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect handmade and local products made by SHG groups.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards before packaging and dispatch.
- Identify defects, damages, finishing issues, or quality gaps in products.
- Guide SHG members on product improvement and quality requirements.
- Maintain quality check reports and product inspection records.
- Coordinate with the operations team for timely collection, checking, and delivery of products.
- Ensure proper packaging and safe handling of approved products.
- Support the team in reducing product rejection and improving customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance or product quality checking.
- Knowledge of handmade, handicraft, textile, food, or local products will be preferred.
- Good observation and inspection skills.
- Ability to maintain reports and quality records.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work with local SHG groups.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline/ MBA.
Candidates with experience in quality control, handicrafts, textiles, food products, or local handmade products will be preferred.
Candidate from Jammu or nearby location would be prefrred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
