Job Title: B2B Merchandiser
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with B2B stores, key accounts, and retail partners to ensure smooth order processing and business operations.
· Manage inventory planning, stock movement, replenishment, and allocation across B2B accounts.
· Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches and deliveries.
· Prepare, maintain, and analyse sales, inventory, and performance reports.
· Handle customer inquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels, and support conversion of inquiries into orders.
· Resolve post-sale customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
· Maintain customer records and support CRM activities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
· Coordinate internally with operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and customer requests.
· Monitor timelines, track order fulfilment, and ensure efficient execution of merchandising and customer service processes.
Skills Requirement
· 1–3 years of experience in B2B merchandising, sales coordination, CRM, customer service, or a similar role (fashion/apparel industry preferred).
· Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
