Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticketing, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Organize and manage events, conferences, and team meetings.
- Documentation and Data Management:
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Compile and analyze data for business decisions or presentations.
- Ensure the accuracy and availability of key documents for meetings and discussions.
- Project Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools.
