Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our event management team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of business opportunities in the event management sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for corporate and social events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to clients.
- Collaborate with the operations and creative team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (event management/advertising/hospitality background preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good networking and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
