Coordinating with site team for execution and review of project schedule.
Performing and identifying risk assessment.
Adhering to the budget and engaging with the vendors
Ensuring creation and implementation of strategies designed to improve efficiency of plant to increase profit.
Managing staff, overseeing the budget, engaging with vendors, etc.
Expertise in API, Sterile, Formulation processes and its execution.
Planning project cycle, reports, implementation plans closing the execution gap.
