Sales Development Representative (SDR)
SERP Forge is a growth-focused marketing agency that helps SaaS and digital-first businesses scale through SEO and performance marketing. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive client acquisition. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for outreach, qualification, and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential SaaS and B2B prospects that fit our target profile.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet criteria before handing to sales.
- Craft personalized outreach messages and nurture early-stage relationships.
- Schedule and book discovery calls or demos for the senior sales team.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Keep CRM and outreach tools up to date with accurate prospect data.
Required Skills
- Experience: 2 - 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (agency or SaaS experience is a plus).
- Outbound Prospecting Expertise: Strong understanding of modern prospecting and qualification frameworks such as BART+, BANT, or CHAMP to identify qualified prospects and buying signals.
- Cold Email Campaign Execution: Proven experience running outbound cold email campaigns including list building, sequence creation, personalization, follow-ups, and campaign optimization.
- Outbound Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with sales intelligence and outreach platforms such as Apollo.io, Saleshandy, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Lead Research & Prospect Targeting: Ability to research and identify high-quality prospects based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including SaaS founders, marketing leaders, and decision-makers in B2B organizations.
- Multi-Channel Outreach Skills: Experience engaging prospects through multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, and light calling to maximize response rates and build early-stage relationships.
- Sales Messaging & Outreach Copywriting: Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft personalized, value-driven outreach messages that drive replies and book meetings.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Comfortable working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce to track prospect activity, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate data.
- Campaign Performance Optimization: Ability to monitor and improve outreach performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked through A/B testing and messaging improvements.
- Industry Awareness: Basic understanding of SaaS, SEO, or digital marketing services is preferred, enabling more relevant conversations with prospects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
