Sales Executive – Resort Booking & Client Relations
We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Sales Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, generate resort bookings, and maintain good relationships with clients. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and English, convince customers professionally, and increase repeat bookings through regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend inbound customer calls and provide complete information about resort packages, rooms, events, and bookings.
* Make outbound and cold calls to potential customers, travel agents, and leads.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-up.
* Maintain regular contact with previous and existing guests to generate repeat business.
* Handle customer queries and provide professional customer support.
* Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and booking status.
* Coordinate with the reservation and operations team for smooth customer service.
* Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
* Confident in handling phone calls and customer interactions.
* Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
* Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
* Basic computer and calling knowledge.
* Experience in resort, hotel, travel, or hospitality sales will be preferred.
