We are hiring a Production Head for Aluminium Window Manufacturing to manage factory production and fabrication work.
Responsibilities:
- Handle aluminium window and door production
- Manage fabrication, cutting, assembly and finishing
- Supervise factory workers and production team
- Maintain quality standards and production timelines
- Coordinate with purchase, sales and dispatch team
Requirements:
- Experience in aluminium windows / fabrication industry
- Knowledge of profiles, glass and hardware
- Ability to manage factory production work
Experience: 3–7 Years preferred
