Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Mobilization Executive to connect with ITI and Diploma institutions, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and mobilize students for various training, skill development, and employment-oriented programs offered by ISIEINDIA.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit ITI, Polytechnic, and Diploma colleges to promote ISIEINDIA programs and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Placement Officers, Training & Placement Cells, and faculty members.
- Conduct student awareness sessions, seminars, and mobilization drives.
- Generate student registrations and participation for training, internships, workshops, and placement programs.
- Coordinate with institutional representatives for event planning and execution.
- Maintain records of college visits, student interactions, and mobilization activities.
- Achieve monthly student enrollment and outreach targets.
- Represent ISIEINDIA professionally during meetings, presentations, and field activities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
- Travel extensively within assigned regions to expand institutional partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in student mobilization, admissions, outreach, business development, or educational marketing preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
