Responsibilities
- People Strategy & Workforce Planning: Translates business growth targets into hiring and succession plans.
- Executive Partnership: Acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organizational structure and risk.
- Total Rewards: Oversees salary bands, benefits administration, and equity or bonus structures.
- Culture & Engagement: Defines company values and systems that maintain high employee morale and retention.
- Compliance: Ensures HR operations follow employment laws and data privacy regulations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
