About the Role
RA Handyman24 is looking for a smart, responsible, and enthusiastic person who is eager to learn and grow. This is a multi-role position where you'll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on experience in different areas of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle social media accounts and create basic posts.
- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
- Follow up with clients and maintain good communication.
- Conduct online research for business-related tasks.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Analyze basic business data and share insights.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and team members.
- Maintain records, documents, and daily business updates.
- Assist in improving day-to-day business operations.
- Perform other business-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (Freshers are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Comfortable using smartphones, the internet, and basic computer applications.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
