We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and converting prospects into clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Present company products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of software products and IT services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
