We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Business team. In this role, you will connect with businesses (SMEs and corporates), understand their insurance needs, and offer the right solutions. You will also work closely with agents and partners to grow the business.

Reach out to SME and corporate clients and offer suitable insurance solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents

Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Sell a range of insurance products like fire, marine, liability, and employee benefits

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients to increase business

Onboard and train new POSP agents

Support and guide existing agents to improve their performance

Conduct regular reviews with partners to drive better results

Property Insurance (Fire, Burglary, etc.)

Marine Insurance (Goods in transit)

Employee Benefits (Health insurance, Personal accident, etc.)

Liability Insurance (Business-related risks)

Business Interruption Insurance (Loss of income protection)

Graduate or Postgraduate in any field

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
