Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Graphic Designer & Machine Operator to create customer artwork, prepare production files in CorelDRAW, set up jobs, and operate production machinery. The role requires both creative design skills and technical knowledge to ensure products are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Create and modify artwork according to customer requirements.
- Prepare production-ready files using CorelDRAW.
- Verify artwork dimensions, colors, fonts, and layouts before production.
- Make design revisions based on customer or supervisor feedback.
- Maintain organized records of customer artwork and job files.
Machine Operation
- Load and set production files on the machine.
- Configure machine settings according to job specifications.
- Operate the machine safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform trial runs and make adjustments to achieve the required output.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to maintenance.
- Clean and perform routine maintenance on the machine.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating instructions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CorelDRAW.
- Ability to prepare accurate production files.
- Experience operating computerized production machinery.
- Good understanding of machine setup and production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in CorelDRAW and machine operation.
- Experience in printing, engraving, laser cutting, CNC, UV printing, or similar production environments is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Work in both office/design and production areas.
- May require standing for extended periods while operating machinery.
- Must use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
