E-commerce Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and data-driven E-commerce Executive to manage our online store operations and marketplace presence. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital sales, handling everything from bulk product listings and inventory tracking to order fulfillment and basic social media updates.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management: Handle bulk product listings, cataloging, and content updates across all major e-commerce marketplaces.
- Order Fulfillment: Monitor daily orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure 100% timely dispatch.
- Customer Verification: Call and confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) website orders with customers to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and handle necessary follow-ups.
- Returns & Claims Management: Track incoming customer returns, inspect for discrepancies, and promptly raise disputes/tickets for wrong or damaged products received.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate, real-time inventory levels across the website and all marketplace channels to prevent stockouts or overselling.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly operational reports using advanced Excel sheets.
- Social Media Assist: Schedule and publish regular engaging posts on Instagram and Facebook.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced Excel Skills (Non-Negotiable): Must have a fast hand with Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements), Pivot Tables, and data formatting.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketplace seller panels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms).
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for customer confirmations and raising platform tickets.
- Problem-Solving: Quick on your feet when dealing with courier delays, return disputes, or inventory mismatches.
