About the Role
Travel Luxis is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executives with good to excellent communication skills to join our growing travel team. The candidate will communicate with travel agents and potential clients, generate leads, explain our Thailand travel products and services, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to travel agents and potential clients.
- Introduce Travel Luxis and explain our Thailand travel services and packages.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Good to excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.
- Confident, professional, and polite telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in the Travel & Tourism industry is an advantage.
