The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring excellent customer experience, handling enquiries, follow-ups, and supporting the sales and service teams in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER HANDLING & ENQUIRY MANAGEMENT
- Attend all walk-in customers in a professional manner
- Handle telephonic and online enquiries (website, WhatsApp, leads)
- Maintain proper customer data records in CRM system
- Provide accurate product information (models, pricing, offers)
LEAD MANAGEMENT & FOLLOW-UP
- Generate and assign leads to the team
- Perform regular follow-ups for:
- New vehicle enquiries
- Pending bookings
- Test rides
- Ensure maximum lead conversion ratio
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
