A Kindergarten (KG) Teacher fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children aged 4–6, preparing them for elementary school. Key duties include designing play-based, age-appropriate lesson plans (reading, math, arts), maintaining a safe and engaging classroom, assessing student progress, and maintaining consistent communication with parents.
Core Responsibilities Instruction: Teach basic academics (literacy, numeracy) using diverse methods like storytelling, art, and games to encourage learning.Child Development: Foster social skills, good manners, and positive behavior through supervision during class, lunch, and recess.Classroom Management: Create a safe, organized, and inviting learning environment.Assessment: Evaluate student performance through observation and assessment tools, maintaining detailed records and report cards.Collaboration: Maintain open communication with parents regarding child progress and work alongside administrators.Key Requirements
