Job Summary
Sieger Spintech Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for hardworking and dedicated Helpers to support production, fabrication, machine shop, assembly, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and capable of assisting skilled technicians in maintaining smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist operators, welders, fitters, machinists, and technicians in daily production activities.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials, fabricated parts, and finished goods within the production area.
- Support machine setup, material preparation, and component handling.
- Assist in grinding, deburring, cleaning, polishing, and finishing activities.
- Help in packing, labeling, and preparing products for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and workstations by following 5S practices.
- Arrange and organize tools, materials, and equipment required for production.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and support various manufacturing processes as required.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage.
- Report any unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.

- Basic understanding of manufacturing or fabrication environments.
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work with different departments.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication industry is an added advantage.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
