Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary
RWD Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to support the execution and supervision of construction activities across our real estate and development projects. The role involves monitoring site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, tracking project progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, verifying materials and work execution, and supporting the timely completion of projects in line with approved plans and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and supervision of construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor daily site operations and ensure work progresses as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Verify material quality and monitor construction work for compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Support project planning, coordination, and timely project completion.
- Visit and work at project sites as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in site execution, construction supervision, or project coordination.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction methods, site operations, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and site reporting.
- Knowledge of AI tools, project tracking systems, or technology-driven construction monitoring practices will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a site-based environment.
